How do I order?

Look around a bit, pick from our award winning selection of wines, enter your details and we'll do the rest!!!

How many bottles can I order?

We can ship packs of single bottles, 6 and cases of 12 virtually anywhere. 

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat fee for mainland delivery. Depending on the quantity of your order, we may need to charge more for shipping after an order has been processed. If this is the case, we will always contact you before we add this fee and allow you to decide how to proceed.

Additional shipping costs will be included for all shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

When will my wine be delivered?

Deliveries are on Monday-Friday during regular working hours and they'll require a signature from somebody over 21 years old.

Most deliveries will take 3-5 business days, but it could take up to 7-14 business days due to your state laws.  We ship via FedEx Ground.

What happens if nobody's there to accept the delivery?

The shipper will attempt to deliver the wine and if nobody is able to be contacted, the shipper will return the wine. In some states, the law may require them to destroy the wine. If you are having problems, please contact us and we will attempt to solve the problem.

Can you ship to a business?

We love shipping to business addresses. Since deliveries are M-F and require a signature, work places tend to be a great way of guaranteeing delivery.

Where do you ship to?

We can ship to: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT NE, NV, NH, NY, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, AFB or FPO addresses.

Who will deliver the wine?

FedEx Ground.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No, sorry. You need to sign to accept the parcel.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order for any reason give us a ring or send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order.  

What is your return policy?

If you're not happy with the wine, the service or anything else, just email us and we will refund you you the price you paid or ship you a replacement order. 

We will require return of the bottles you haven't drunk yet. In AZ, MA or NJ, we cannot cancel orders or return shipments due to state law.
